b) You’ve upgraded your service to Recorded or Courier
When shipped to the UK, Royal Mail's Recorded service is only tracked on collection and delivery - if you want to track UK parcels in more detail you'll need to use the Courier option. Both Recorded and Courier offer detailed tracking for all orders shipped outside the UK.
All of our items are printed to order so we don't accept returns. We can however send out a replacement item if the original is faulty or damaged in-transit. Just send us a photo of the fault and we'll get a new one sent out to you asap.
Our mugs are shipped in smash proof boxes which we find to be much more reliable and eco-friendly than using bubble wrap. Sometimes you will get a heavy handed postal worker who will chuck it about like a rag doll though. If this happens to you then just send me a photo of the damaged mug along with your order number and I'll get it replaced asap!
